BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers watched an object circle the area which had several blinking lights. The observers compared the object various things; a theatre marquee with some dark object moving across it periodically. One observer said it was more than eight lights. Others compared the object to that of a string of lights that would go out and come back on.
Contact was made with an [REDACTED] of Winchester, Kentucky. He was flying his aircraft which has a large advertising sign fixed to the bottom of his plane wings. He was flying in the Dayton area between 1830 and 2030 hours.
