11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers watched an object that appeared as a light. One witness said the object was a round, flickering light that traveled along a level plane north and south. The light was consistent with that of an aircraft with a landing light. One observer said that the object was shaped like a flashlight with a light coming out the front end or like an Indian arrowhead. The object disappeared behind a tree, but then came back in another part of the sky.
The description is consistent with that reported for an aircraft observation.
