BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Two observers watched a red blinking light slowly travel toward the southern horizon. At first the object appeared to be stationary then it began to move. The object was first observed while the witnesses were in a moving car; the car was stopped for a better view of the UFO. There was no sound noted during the observation.
The description is consistent with that of an aircraft observation.
