BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS
Observer watched a bluish white star like object travel across the sky in about six seconds. The light transversed the sky, held a constant brilliance until the lower part of its arc where it diminished gradually to disappearance.
The description is consistent with that of an astronomical observation(meteor).
