BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer watched a round silver colored object travel toward the NE. The object was low on the horizon when first observed and disappeared from view by going lower. It finally went behind some trees. A hissing sound was heard while the UFO was in sight.
The description is consistent with that of an aircraft observation. There is no way to establish if an alleged UFO.
