CONCLUSION: Satellite (Echo I) [HW:] Echo I was north of the observation point and traveling on a NE heading at QL272.

BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers watched a star like object in the north in sky traveling toward the NE. The white solar-like object was compared to that of a light reflection off of a mirror. The object appeared to be turning sideways as it was moving across the sky. At one time the object faded from view but came back on before it disappeared. The description is consistent with that of a satellite observation. Echo I was over 103 deg N and +5 deg N at approximately QL272, on a heading toward the NE.
