BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers noted a star shaped object moving very fast low on the horizon. Green and red colors were noted during the observation. The object moved from West to East and appeared to step on occasion. Observer claims that he has seen several UFOs before this observation. All the sightings should be placed in context of the time period. There was air traffic around the area at the time of the sighting. Investigating officer feels that the witnesses saw and reported an aircraft. No other evidence to the contrary has been offered.
