11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted [REDACTED] round object travel overhead and disappeared from view after about thirty seconds. There was also a humming sound heard. The object was dark and had three white lights in front. Investigation revealed that a C-12 aircraft landed at McClellan AFB at the time of the sighting. From the available data it appears that the observer saw this aircraft on its final approach.
