11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted an object that was like a grayish donut only the whole in the middle was filled up... The object had 2 red and 2 blue lights and made no noise.
Comments: Observer did not report his sighting until 11 Jun 67 at which time it was late to investigate In this letter he stated that the sighting was 31 Oct '65 However on the '64 he indicated that it occurred 31 Oct '66 The witness was requested to complete a TDE but did not return it the photo did not have sufficient clarity to identify the object
