BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer saw on two different occasions a ball shaped object that was visible only for several seconds. On one sighting a blue white flame like a torch was observed. On the other sighting a pure white object was watched that had streamers of brilliant colors trailing it. On both sightings the alleged UFO's were traveling toward the earth.
