BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers noticed a orange colored object in the western sky about 15 degrees from the horizon. The object was compared to Venus but a little larger. The object appeared to move north a 6.2ll distance then it stopped. It twinkled a little and then just disappeared from view.

The description is consistent with that of an astronomical observation.
