11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer witnessed a object which appeared to be a UFO at his home, move eastward during a single hour period... The object was changing colors from red to green to yellow and back again... The object remained on with some of its surface glowing, multi-colored on black and even darker... Witnessed UFO hover over a town about forty miles but the witnesses felt that the UFO was closer than that.
The description is consistent with what of my observational observation... The object Capella has visibility in the north-eastern sky and appears to have been responsible for the observation.
