10. CONCLUSION Astro(Capella) At the time of the sighting Capella was rising on an azimuth of 35 degrees and was at an elevation of about 9 degrees.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers watched a bright red and somewhat white colored object zig-zag and move toward the east. The lights were like the landing lights on an aircraft. Some local kids in the neighborhood said that it was nothing more than a star, but the thing wiggled and jolted around.
The description is consistent with that of an anomalous observation.
