10 CONCLUSION Astro(Capella) Capella was rising at approximately 1745 EST on the 25th of October 1966.
11 BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers noted a white very bright light in the NE part of the sky. The object was stationary and flashing various colors. Red, green, and white were seen during the observation. The object appeared to go up and down and then drift slowly toward the south. The description is consistent with that of an astronomical observation.
