BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers noted a kite like object moving in a northerly direction. As the object was watched from the moving automobile the object appeared to change its direction to apparent toward the south. Object moved over one observer's head at an altitude of approximately 300 feet and at a speed of 30 miles per hour. After the object passed over-head it moved toward the north and disappeared behind a house.
Description is consistent with that of a balloon observation. Balloons are launched from Sulphur Grove, Ohio twice a day, and could have been responsible for the sighting.
