11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched an alleged flying saucer high overhead that was falling toward the ground. Object was like a falling star but was a flying saucer. The object flew in circles and moved behind a building.

Technical data is lacking to warrant a detailed evaluation. The observer is only 10 years old and is considered unreliable.
