BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Churchill, Canada

Observers watched a pale red cloud type object, almost to the point of appearing as a vapor or being transparent, appeared in the northern sky. The object was stationary except it was getting larger. Object was composed of a red translucent cloud with no apparent motion. Object was witnessed by the observer at the International Falls Weather Bureau.

A cloud release over Fort Churchill at an altitude of approx 100 miles would have been visible for up to about 900 miles. A Nike-Apache rocket was launched at 0135Z and the cloud release occurred shortly after.
