At the time of the sighting, ARCTURUS was at 285 deg azimuth, 10 deg elevation.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched star like object in the western sky. The object was brighter than the brightest star. Observer compared alleged UFO to a very large bright star. Object appeared to move away very fast after being observed for approximately 8 minutes. Description is consistent with that of an astronomical observation.
