11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers watch an oval shaped object with flashing lights travel slowly toward the northwest sky; a noise was heard when the object came closer and the object disappeared downward the noise was [ILLEGIBLE]. The object disappeared vertically downward and then appeared several minutes later. The objects size could not be determined. The overall shape seemed to be oval but lights flashing mainly in one direction with occasionally blue.
The description in several ways is not enough for an astronomical observation; however, the noise is the lone factor abolishing such an evaluation.
