Observers noted three lights that appeared to be attached to some type of solid object. The lights appeared to take on different shades or color as it passed overhead. The first two lights were white and dimmed out as they got closer. They changed to reddish and bluish. It was compared to the lights on a low flying aircraft. It disappeared as would an aircraft into the horizon.
The description is consistent with that of an aircraft observation.
