BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was alternating red, greenish-blue, & white colors. Appeared to be round and oval. Stationary. Object just faded out of view. Observed object through binoculars. Object flashed & flickered, appeared & disappeared; also changed brightness. Observer stated object was very far away.
