11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted bright light (multi-colored) traveling toward the SE in a straight line. Object exploded with a brilliant white flash. Contact was made with SPADATS and Vandenberg AFB. There were no satellite decays on about the time of sighting. There were no missile activity that could have been responsible.
