11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was round, silver, green and red. Object seemed to speed up then slowed down and then stopped completely. Object came from the North, dropped to south, then speeded up then slowed down. At first observer viewed object with the naked eye then with binoculars.
