BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers noted an ordinary shaped object from which a continuous light was blinking beneath this was a "robot" shape turned as a person in slow speed passing in front of the flashing light present during flight to blink also was heard at anytime there has been an aircraft conducting aerial surveying activities in the Lempira area prior to and following sighting date description is consistent with this aircraft.
