11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted a steady white to orange light approaching his aircraft off the right wing. Object appeared to be brighter than normal aircraft running lights. When the light went out observer could see no outline of any kind.
There was a satellite decay on 24 Jul 66. Object 1455 decayed on this date but no time or location are available.
