CONCLUSION: 1. Aircraft (possible) + several objects. 2. Other (ground lights reflected off haze patches in the area)

BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: The observer first saw a red object when a red object was seen just above the horizon to the west. The object disappeared below the horizon, but was seen later when observed moved to a new position. A second object was also seen moving very close to the groundish white object was seen moving very close to the red object and both objects were moving very close to the ground. The two outside objects were yellow, with a green object during rapidly back and forth motion.

Investigating officer feels sightings caused by lights on aircraft flying low in the area and by reflected and refracted lights off the haze patches in the area. This is the second incident reported in two days by same airman.
