III. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Pale yellow flame was observed going straight up and then veered to the right and then turned and went south, while still climbing. Object was cigar shaped Flame; the exhaust was all the observer saw; he did not see the object itself. It appears that observer noted aircraft's exhaust as aircraft's exhaust coming from cigar shape.
