11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted heard loud jet noise causing him to look up. About 40 plane lengths in front of the noted jet aircraft was a bright light brighter than the brightest blue light on the aircraft. Observer saw another jet was pursuing the UFO All during sighting the light seemed to stay ahead of aircraft. It appears from the information available that witnesses saw reflection of landing lights of jet aircraft off of scattered clouds.
