11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer looked up in the SSW sky and noticed yoyo type object in a stationary position. Observer watched for about 10 minutes then left. Could not spot object at a later time. There was no sound, tail, trails, or exhaust noted.
