11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted gray object which was heading in a south westerly direction. Object continued in original heading and disappeared rapidly. There is considerable conflicting data. (shape, sound, and time). On Form 104 observer stated object seen at 103CET on initial message object was seen at 12/20ZDT. There was an aircraft approaching Lynchburg airport at 102(L) which could have been responsible for the sighting.
