11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted silvery white object in the sky. Both objects were traveling toward the east. First objects appeared like a cone with a hump on the small end; Second object appeared as a dome.
All characteristics of a balloon are present in the information Observer stated there was bright moonlight that night which could have helped to illuminate the balloon.
