11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object looked like a slow moving star or satellite, bright red changing to blue and green and finally fading to white as it disappeared. Size changed and converted back to small, about 500 ft., flying 25 deg angle, in north direction, drifted like satellite. First seen in NE, drifted north, last seen due west. Conflicting data as far as directions go. Therefore 164 sent to get further info.
