11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Airplane crew reported observing unidentified objects which was above plane and descending at about a twenty degree angle. Object pulsed on radar for several minutes. Additional aircraft saw object which turned to turn on its landing lights, at a distance of 6 - 6 miles, who turned on his landing lights. Object did not appear on 2nd airplane's radar.
