11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Cooperator watched ten different groups of objects flying in a "V" shape formation from east to west. There were approximately 200 objects in all; each group was at a different altitude. The description is consistent with that of a bird sighting. Contact with the control tower at Friendship Airport, Baltimore, Maryland, but they had no visual sightings of the same or similar objects.
