11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted vapor with dim masses of light in formation that were traveling toward the north. It appeared as white glowing masses and a white mist.
From the information available it appears birds were responsible for the sighting. The moon was setting at approximately 21h0 local mean time and was approaching the first quarter (27 Apr). Observer stated there was bright moon light. It appears that light from moon enabled observation of objects.
