BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The object was first observed about 30 deg above the horizon and appeared to be traveling northwest. After the initial sighting, the object seemed to descend slightly and assumed a level flight. A level, 90 degrees right turn was made and the object continued in level flight until no longer visible. There was a T-33 A/C approaching Langley AFB at approximately 2335Z. The flight path of the object closely approximates the descent and turn executed by the aircraft.
