No data presented to indicate object could not have been an aircraft in the Stewart traffic pattern.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted red, yellow, and green lights in the SW at about 20-30 deg elevation. The observer watched the object for about 5 minutes before calling about the sighting. There was no tail, trail, or exhaust noted. The object moved slowly like a weather balloon.
