BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS First sighted object as it appeared to pass through the little dipper. Object appeared to be as high as the stars and followed a straight path to the south. Object traveled the distance in 5-10 seconds. The object was the same color as a bright star. Witness did not think it was a meteor because of its apparent level flight.
