BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observed noted a strange looking object in sky. At one time it seemed to have the red light and observer could see several clear parts in the bottom. The red light seemed to engulf the thing as it went off. A few seconds after the sighting, the observer noted a plane in the area and could not tell where it was.
