11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Many objects in immediate area during this period. Some objects sighted at high altitudes, some under cloud cover. Objects reported to appear to hover and travel rapidly in various directions. Various colors of lights were reported. There are several low altitude high-speed Training A/C seen over the area. From the description of the objects conventional A/C appear to be responsible for the observations.
