11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object round with dome, size of a meat platter at distance. Orange, red color. Dome and glow. Stationary at first, then descended. Object had a swaying motion. Investigating officer stated object approx. altitude of any air traffic or balloons which might account for the sighting.
