BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared upright or flat. Red & Green in color. Larger than a Nickel at arms length. Object has a shifting position. Observer stated object appeared to hang in sky with extreme brightness. 40 deg azimuth, 60 deg elevation. Object was moving from northwest to southeast. Disappeared by just fading away. Observer used binoculars to view object.
