BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS First saw object like an off-white star, began to move and a red light came on, it moved in several directions, then saw a blue light on top spinning very fast, and a blue one on the bottom going very slow, then it vanished. Information in letter, quite sketchy; therefore, 164 was sent.
