BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer spotted object parked on highway in front of his car Observer stopped car and got out to investigate, but as he got close to the object, a man apparently entered the object and immediately the object began to rise from the ground The object had the appearance of a conventional aircraft (C-12A) with wings of span Object was 75 feet long, nearly 8 feet from top to bottom and about 12 feet wide.
