11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS

Observers stated, they could not distinguish the shape of the object. All they could see was the two red lights on each one. (Only one of the lights blinked). The lights were about 15-20' apart; and the craft was about 25 - 30' apart and flying in a crooked smoke like formation. No sound was heard.
