11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted bright whitish blue light in the sky approaching from the W. As object approached radio tower, object made abrupt movements around the station. When object speeded up its color faded; when object slowed down the color became brighter. Observer saw same object 6 weeks earlier. Conflicting data noted when observer states in one place object did not disappear and in another it did.
