11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noticed a red glowing object suddenly appear near his automobile. Object circled car twice and faded away in a northerly direction. Object twice came within eight feet of observer's moving car. Observer stated he heard definite sound of something hitting his car.
