11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The original report received from Ellington AFB, did not contain sufficient data for proper evaluation. Therefore a Form 164 was sent to the observer for more information. The data obtained from the form conflicted on several important points with the original report. For example: On the original report, the time of the sighting was stated to be 0905AM, but on follow-up 164 it was reported to be 0510AM. Also on the original report the duration of the sighting was reported as being 2 minutes but on the follow-up it was reported to be 20 minutes. Therefore this sighting has been evaluated as CONFLICTING DATA.
