11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer saw a round object with a diameter of 10-12 feet. Object had a ring or hoop extending out 8 to 10 inches around the center horizontal loop. It had a 5 to 6 ft hatch located on the bottom. Bounded like a turbine engine and the odor of sulfur or rotten eggs was present. Observer also stated that his watch stopped at 1527 CST. He saw the object for 1-2 minutes while it hovered five feet above the ground and twenty feet from the observer. Then it accelerated and disappeared in a few seconds. The object also had cones on top five to ten inches high with blinking green light.
