10. CONCLUSION Astro (REFRACTION OF VENUS SETTING) VENUS at 2th R.A., Stellar Mag -4,4. Slight time error. VENUS at or below horizon at azimuth of 250 deg.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted an unknown object which looked like a bright star. The object was red, then orange. At one time the object moved behind a cloud and at another it moved in front of a cloud. Object was moving to the SE and then reversed its direction. Object left a vapor trail. Small objects were being emitted from the original object and then absorbing themselves again to the original object. WX reported no clouds and the previous sighting of weather balloons.
